Yuletart Notes!

Now that assignments have been sent off, a couple notes:

DEAR YULETART LETTERS!
We encourage people to make a public post on their own personal livejournal accounts outlining any further details you'd like for your Yuletart art. That way, your secret artist can pop over to your journal and find out all pairings, scenes, likes, dislikes that you wanted to mention, but forgot/didn't fit in your sign-up form.

A very loose example of a wishes post:

Dear Secret yuletart Artist,
Here is my wishes post! Feel free to read through and use any of these ideas if you'd like more information about my preferences!

Pairings I like in [specific fandom]: this/that, whoever/whatever

Imagery I like in [specific fandom]: family scenes, high school AU, long walks on the beach

Keywords I like for [specific fandom]: cozy, sleeping, warm, winter, hairbrush

And as always, your secret artist is not obliged to use your requests! But sometimes it can be very helpful. :D

IMAGE SIZE
yuletart will be posting images that are approx. 800px in height and/or length. You are not obligated to resize your own work to fit this size, but for the sake of Mod-posting on yuletart, all posted art will comply to this size. This will help with consistent watermarking and anonymous-artist security during the fest. The artist is definitely welcome to provide their recipient with a larger (and signed!) version after the Yuletart fest reveals are up.
