Artist's Notes: I'd intended for this to be an epic pastiche with multiple figures and a detailed background, etc, etc, but then…well, life and time got away from me, as they tend to do, so I had to pare down my vision. You didn't specify a favorite character or anything like that, so I settled on Mitchell, because 1) who doesn't love Mitchell? and 2) there are way worse things than looking at reference pictures of Aidan Turner for hours. I looked at various reference photos for the different parts of the picture (Mostly because I am pants at non-facial anatomy without a reference), but this is a full-on digital painting from scratch.
