Eee! Thank you! I love the melancholy air to this - oh Rory! His face in particular is both stoic and sad. I love the pose and the perspective you chose, which makes him look a little hunched and lonely. It works so well with the theme and the very unsaturated colours.

Thanks so much for indulging my historical costume geekitude. I love the Elizabethan period (eta *cough* 16th century Italian, too - got a bit distracted!) (his jerkin and little neck ruff!) and the quote is just awesome.

The slanted downward angle, combined with the colour scheme make for one very sombre and moody scene! Poor guy - the art really makes one unfamiliar with the canon want to know more about his story. Great stuff!
