Okay, this is seriously AWESOME. Holy bananas, where do I even start?? The colors. THE COLORS. I love the softness and the blue-and-rose-and-yellow wisps all over everything. You can only see them from certain angles on this particular computer screen. You should see me right now. I must look like a lizard or a duck bobbing and craning my head all over the place, watching the colors disappear and reappear.

I LOVE the way the blue light is framing his face and body. You are a master of blue lighting!! I can never get colored light down, so serious kudos there. You're brilliant!!

And all the details! The watch! The rose! The telescope! The library sign (excellent rendition of the font, btw!)!! His messy hair! The suit and coat!

And last but not least, the concept. This is absolutely brilliant. In the show, he regenerated in a blazing ball of glory and pain. This... this is so thoughtful and reflective and sweet. I was so sad that he was so scared, and this makes it all better. Oh great. Now I'm even more in love with him.

This is going on my wall NOW (and then again when the watermark is removed!). Allons-y!

I figured it was probably darker, but my screen does that to other things, too. Still, the disappearing colors added an unexpected Doctor-esque element to it! I'm looking forward to seeing what the hi-res copy looks like all bright and shiny and printed!
