Giftart for Cheshire_tabby!

Title: BatJack and Captain Robin
Gift for: [livejournal.com profile] cheshire_tabby
Artist: [livejournal.com profile] chrismm
Rating: G
Fandom: "The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack" and "DC Batman"
Warnings: None. I guess. Do we warn for crack crossovers?
Artist's Notes: These are made from layers of Shrinky Dink plastic, and I'd be glad to send them to the recipient if she wants them (or draw them out on paper, if she'd rather have a drawing--I just really wanted to do the Shrinky Dinks.). I'm still mulling over display options--they're not sturdy enough to be actual toys. Also, I know Robin's costume is supposed to have green trunks, but I decided it was all disturbing enough as it was, and that no-one needed to see Captain K'nuckles shorts.
Summary: IDEK, you guys.

Mod Note: Dear [livejournal.com profile] cheshire_tabby, your Mystery Artist has offered to send you this beautiful craft! Arrangements can be made after the reveals. Happy holidays!

Seriously dude, I don't know how you made these and got the details right down to the Robin pixie boots and the Bat-belt but YOU DID AND IT IS SO FANTASTIC. I love that the cartoon style and characters are so perfectly created but just in the Batverse costumes and THEN IN SHRINKY DINKS. LIKE. WOT. YOU HAS SKILL.

*blushes* Thank you! And thank you and your co-mods for doing this--this whole thing was an awesome experience, and so much gorgeous art.

Heh. I'm good at making things, just not good at drawing actual realistic people, which is what most folks in fandom want, you know?

Also: Shrinky Dinks are my medium of choice. HEEE! (Using "Shrinky Dinks" and "medium" in the same sentence cracks me up.)
