I'm not familiar with the source, but they look like they're having a nice moment hanging out. I especially like the pose and clothes of the character in front, very relaxed and comfortable.

Awww. :D Okay, I have to admit: I am extremely picky about chibi-style art. This is just right, though: adorable, but not over-the-top, and I can recognize all the characters. The scattering of objects makes for a fantastic setting (more environment than background); I particularly love all the mugs of tea. (Oh, Annie. ♥) Lovely colors, too.

*flails* They are all so cute! I watched a couple episodes of this show and you got the characters down perfect and EVEN MORE PERFECT BECAUSE THEY ARE CUTIE DOLLIE STYLE. Their outfits are like costumes, they are so iconic for the three of them. I love the mess of things around them as well - endless cups of tea, the random food, the books and things of living and being a weird but functional little family. *HEART!*
