Sign-Ups are closed!

Sign-Ups for Yuletart 2010 are now officially CLOSED.

If you have not already received your validation email from the mods, it will be sent to you by the end of the day today (October 11). You MUST reply to your validation email by the end of the day on October 13, or you will not be included in the fest. The vast majority of you should already have received this, so make sure you check your spam folders if you haven't gotten it.

Assignments will be handed out no later than October 20.

I replied to the validation email ages ago-should I have gotten word that my reply was recieved? Or should I just assume I'm in the clear?

I shilly-shally'ed around trying to decide whether I could do this or not, and so I missed the deadline.

Some friends have been reassuring me about my stuff to the point where I now wish I had indeed signed up.

If you can get your application in on the sign-up post before the end of the day today and confirm your email ASAP, we'll go ahead and put you in the fest proper.

Oh wow! Look, vom_marlowe is in the same fix - you can see where we're talking about it on my LJ here. May she do that too?

I will have to wait until I get home (say, 4 hours or so from now) because I can't use my private e-mail at the office.

Yep, she can go ahead, but she needs to get that in ASAP, as we'll be doing the matching this weekend, and once we start that we can't add anyone else. It's just your good luck that our schedules worked out so that we couldn't do it right away! ;)
