These books are tremendous favorites of mine, too, and ART, yay! I love the red, and the lines of the clothing in particular, but mostly just love.

Aw, this is awesome. I haven't thought about this series in ages, but this really brings it back.

I am particularly fond of Taran's expression, hee. Also the Santa hats: equally amusing on each of their three wearers. ;) The last panel is very pretty and striking! Well done.
