Summary: The moment I got the assignment, I knew I wanted to do something B5 related. And wouldn't you know it--it wouldn't cooperate. So, we have a pretty benign but fluffy picture... I tried to weave some anna into the mix but she just /would not/ agree to being in the same canvas as Delenn. and poor Sheridan--turned out looking like everyone other than himself.

I love how sleek and sweet they look -- like otters! The pose conveys fondness and closeness so perfectly, and the expressions on their faces are fascinating. Plus the colour choices offset each other so well; lovely work!

Are you kidding this looks great! I'd know that was Sheriden! Ok maybe he looks a titch like Starbuck (male) but seriously more like Sheriden. And he looks very very cute, which is the important part, right *L* It's the expression. You nailed his character in his pose and his expression and t reads perfectly as Sheriden. And frankly I love this interpretation of him far more than boring portrait like drawings. I think Glockgal did a whole post on how much more interesting she found stylistic cartoon-ish TV likeness than the portrait stuffs and I'm in agreement with that. This works for me so so much, it's obvious who everyone is and yet it has artistic personality.

And you know what I like best, Delenn looks loving and his pressed against a proudly standing Sheriden but she does not look weak. She looks like she's caught in this wonderful tender moment, but it's not a weak moment, and that is *so* Delenn! She's one of my favorite female leads ever and you captured her perfectly.

Heck you captured the whole essence of the couple.

Also the texture in the background is gorgeous. On an artsy technical level I like how you worked the background. It's got a classical portrait feel to it that compliments the couple.

Awwww, this makes me miss the show. You're being a little hard on yourself with Sheriden--it may not look *exactly* like him, but you've caught his personality, which is far more important (and difficult), so kudos. And fantastic job, of course :)

It's such a sweet and romantic piece - I love how brave and heroic the fella looks, and yet all sorts of angsty - the perfect male character! And she is so graceful and lovely, without being fancy. She seems like such a comforting presence for him. I especially love the delicacy of her fingers against his chest.
