Awesome! I love the colors in Death. Those are so pretty. And the pastel (?) for Dream is perfect.

I don't know if Dream is pastel or charcoal but its absolutely great. Great shading without smudging, excellent work.

I can't get over the background on Death's portrait. The details, the colours, the effect it creates... just wonderful.

These are so great. I love that you've chosen stronger bone structure than the elfin look that a lot of Endless art goes for; it gives them an extraordinary sort of *presence*. And doing them in different media was a brilliant idea -- Death with colours and that saucy quirk to her eyebrows, and Dream looking less like an emo kid and more like the unfathomable being he's supposed to be. Fantastic work!

okay, these are both lovely, but the one of Death is just. GAH. So beautiful. I love the use of color and the very subtle designs in the background. GORGEOUS.

OMG THANK YOU!

Wheeee!! Those are FABULOUS! I'm a lucky lady!!!

I am IN LOVE with the little skulls tucked into Death's background. And how punk rock is her hair, man? And still a classy broad; nice work. Glee for holiday earrings! I'm amazed at all the colors you worked into her complexion, it all blends so beautifully.

Dream's eyes are GORGEOUS. And way to go making them actually look related -- I see several resemblances! Awesome job making him emerge from the darkness, it suits him so well.

THANK YOU!! <3

OMG wow your technique is amazing. I love the way you used markers (?) on the top piece, and the bottom piece is really interesting... wow. I love these two works!

ooooooo this are so awesome. The style and medium of each drawing fits the character perfectly.

Oh wow, I don't think I've seen Death so colorful before! It looks like you used markers? Very smooth feel to it, I love the little skulls in the back.

Oh these are gorgeous, you absolutely captured their personalities! And Death's earrings -- how festive!

Oh wow. The colors for Death and all the details in the background are wonderful. I also love the blending of the blue and green on her collar. Overall, the picture feels so rich and layered. I also love the way you use the black in the corners and at the bottom to frame everything. It makes a nice contrast with the pastels it surrounds.

This is a great example of the ways in which markers can be fantastic things to draw with. They really add to the layered feel. Also, did you seriously use three different black markers (one dying, one fresh, one brownish-black) to get the shading and dimension on her hair?! Or, even if they're just different markers/shades, that is seriously cool.

For the second picture, I love the softness it has. The different levels of dark and light are wonderful, they really compliment the subject. Seriously, for both of these, great choices for the mediums.

ps: HA! just caught Death's earring. That is adorable.

Gyaaaahhhhh so inidivudal, so gorgeous and yet so connected. I love how you've done their portratures so distinct and unique to the characters, and yet if they were framed side-by-side you can easily tell they are related. I love that you chose two mediums to render them in. Death in all her lovely colours and all smiles and bright piles of human skulls...it's a perfect juxtaposition. And Dream, all greys and sweeping lines and big masses of dark blackness...My god, there's so much going on in here, it makes me wanna read the serieses all over again!

Oh, I really like these. Especially Death; the colors are beautiful, and I like the bold style.

They're both beautiful! And they feel so unique to the characters, even though your lovely style comes through in both of them. :D
