All of the elements of this -- the pensive expression, the sunflower's slightly crumpled petals, the way his cape looks like the corona of the sun -- come together so perfectly. Wonderful work!

Your choices of colour are absolutely stunning. I am very much loving the almost pensive look on his face, as well as just how crisply you executed his face, hair and the sunflower compared to the rest. It very much focuses your attention where it should be. Ahhh, I could look at this all day.

The texture of the medium and the beautiful expression on his face really make this. You have a great combination of saturated colour here, and it's a great image of a 'softer, normal-er' superman then the images that seem to come up all the time. I love the quiet feeling here with that saturatedness.

I love his face and hair. The tiny tiny bits of white-space around his jaw, nose, eyes, and hair give it great dimension. The blue on the eyes and the costume is so bright and vivid, it's a wonderful contrast with that orangey-red.

Gwaaaaaaah it's so gorgeous and - dare I say it? - magical to behold. I love how he LOOKS like a hero, but the juxtaposition of the sunflower, in all its meaning implies he's still a farmboy....and yet. There's such a sensitivity to the way you drew this face and especially his mouth and nose. I can't stop staring and I keep wanting to touch! Amazing, thought-provoking piece of art.
