Artist notes: I wanted to go with gryfeathr's request for a sense of journeying, and focus on Sarah's character at the same time. The whole central Labyrinth portion of the drawing is a little dizzying to look at far off, but just like the Labyrinth in the story, I hope it pulls you in and comes a little clearer as you draw closer. I didn't plan ahead, which was kind of risky but taught me a lot. Everything in the drawing is in the movie, if slightly altered and out of order--I hope you enjoy finding everything. :)

This is a serious feast for the eyes. I love every single bit of it, because every single bit is filled with eye candy. Like the crazy, warbly world of Labyrinth, your picture depicts nothing left unturned, everything is rendered and depicted and so amazingly detailed. You have the patience and hand drawing skills of a goddess!

I just keep going back to stare. There's just so much to look at! I kinda totally love the half-owl and half-Jareth. Was that intentionally done? XD XD

Referred here by themostepotente and I have to say, I'm still trying to pick up my jaw even after looking at this for 10 minutes.

So much intricate, accurate and loving detail!!! *swoons* it is literally like watching the entire movie, just to look at this single wonderful picture. I'm amazed and in love with this picture, and in awe over your talent.
