Deadline for First-time participants is tomorrow (Sunday, Nov 30)

If you are participating in yuletart for the first time this round, your due date is tomorrow. If you haven't yet sent in your submission yet, you can send it to us any time today or tomorrow. So long as it's in by November 30, 12 midnight PST.

Sometimes things come up that you can't always plan for, or things were planned for but become unmanageable. Whatever the case, if something is happening with you and you don't know if you're going to meet the deadline, PLEASE contact us at: yuletart@gmail.com

We've all participated in fests before and understand how it things can get hairy and deadlines suddenly arrive sooner than expected. Please, just email us and let us know what's going on and we'll do what we can to work something out.

FYI I tried emailing the yuletart_mods@gmail.com address today and it bounced as non-existent: "Technical details of permanent failure:
The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces."

Wow, bummer. This sure sounds like fun and something I would have liked to have participated in. I just happened to hear about it much too late. : (

That's too bad!! HOWEVER we may be in need of pinch hitters - would you consider helping us out if needs be? We'd be forever grateful and consider you a fabled Yuletart Hero, lay roses at your feet and so forth. :D
