Artist notes: I am not actually in this fandom, and didn't know anything about it til I spent a week on wiki studying it. I tried to make it as believable as possible, lack of in depth knowledge notwithstanding. I saw that it was an 80's brain child, so I tried to make this as 80's as possible, including the artistic style. I hope you like it Ani.
Many many thank yous to the group of friends who helped me with ideas and advice and expertise while drawing this. It would not have happened without you or well, it would have but it wouldn't have been good enough to show anyone.

afhlslfhslhjsa I love this and I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner! In fact I'm just elaving this here now so you know I love it and that I will respond better it's just I haven't had time for LONG LJ posts the last two days EXCEPT at work duing lunch, and I can't access this community then :(

But it is awesome I do like it, I'll be a bit though before I can be properly appreciative :(

Because boy does this deserve more than the random "oh I love it"

You did so many awesome things, from the inserting of my icon, to the use of my name (hysterical) to the postcard and the Duran duran photo, this is such a well done college! And yu were dead one making this an 80's brain child because this series reference 80's pop culture SO much, from the clothes to the posters, to the TV they watched, so this fits great.

My favorite bit though, Illyana's expression. Both facially and with her body language. It's somehow sweet yet like it's just begining to become seductive, which works so well for her.

Oh and FYI yes you got the characterization on all three girls right. Had you not said it, I would not have known it was a unfamaliar fandom.

Also, the background, and the flat coloring btw, makes me think of a modern take on the japanese woodcut style.
