Artist's Notes: These are actually a series of small paintings (eight) - each are sized 3.5 by 2.5 inches (the black "backdrop" is 3.875 inches square). The killjoys verse is new, and unfolding, but something every good comic book 'verse (or comic book inspired 'verse) can use are trading cards. So I created these for [livejournal.com profile] omens. Happy winter holiday of your choice!

\o/!! Santa you are amazing!!! What an excellent idea- trading cards, OF COURSE! I think that Ray is my favourite (eee!) but Mikey is a close 2nd (the shading in his jacket!), and the back-to-back one, so awesome! AND THEY'RE SO TINY, you magician! Thank you, Santa, this was an awesome thing to wake up to... <3<3<3!

Oooh everything is so exciting! I love seeing all the panels fit together, and then each one as separate, made singular and compelling with the added quote. Great action poses!
