First off, thank you so much, mystery artist! I was away from the computer for a few days until today and I did not expect to get my YT gift already and was just about blown away when I clicked on the cut.

Now for semi-coherant squee: ♥ CAROLINE ♥! I love how sassy, sexy and confident she looks in both versions, and the bonus version with the blood is just inspired and oh-so-fantastic. I cannot stop looking at the coloring and the sheer amount of detailing in this too, ahhh! I WONDER WHO SHE IS LOOKING AT THOUGH :DDD. The whole idea of a costume ball is also right up my alley and something we have seen the show do quite often to my delight. AND I AM CRAVING STRAWBERRIES RIGHT NOW THANKS TO THIS, but perhaps the ones in the first pic instead XDD. Thank you again for this lovely piece!

So pretty! I love her dress, the colours are gorgeous (the scarlet in the bloody one is suitably striking), and her pose is elegant. I really like how the mood changes between the 2 paintings, too.

OMG the attitude and posing is so snazzy yet period piece in the first one and with the blood so KJDFHSDKJFHSDF TERRIFYING in the second. Her eyes! And all the blood! It is both horrible and beautiful at the same time, such a perfect juxtaposition for a vampire. Great stuff!

Gorgeous. I love the colors. And she just looks great, it's so odd seeing her all dressed up like that, it's not the first thing I think when I think of Caroline, but it really works. Her expression is great, with that playfulness and hint of menace. I like the bloody one best I think.

I meant to comment on this when I first saw it and somehow didn't. Let me say now it's absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it, wow. The blood adds an awesome touch of creepiness. I've been meaning to watch TVD for a long time now and this makes me think, why haven't I already?!?! I love both but your blood looks so great in the second and the red in her eyes is spooky. The way you combined the photo manip and the figure is spectacular and it all meshes seamlessly. I love this!
