October 23: Assignments handed out no later than this date.
FAQ

The Set List has now been created and categorized. If a fandom appears in multiple categories, you have the option to group them all as one fandom choice, or specify category preferences.
For example:
Batman (all categories)
OR
Batman (animated and comics only.

What is the highest rating of art you would like to get? NC-17
Specific requests: It doesn't HAVE to be NC-17, it's just that I like that too. :)
Notes on some of the fandoms suggested follow.
Due South - it should be Vecchio-friendly, pref. no Fraser/Kowalski (unless it's Kowalski/Fraser/Vecchio or something, I don't want Ray to feel left out!).
Stardust - points for Captain Shakespeare!
Discworld - my favourite novel is Monstrous Regiment, favourite character Granny Weatherwax, and I like the Watch (Vimes, Cheery, Nobby, etc) and Vetinari as well.
Peter Pan - points for anything slightly creepy. :D I like it sweet too, though.
Anansi Boys - character prefs Fat Charlie and/or the Bird Woman.
Anne of Green Gables - tons and tons of points for femslash!
Lord of the Rings - HOBBITSES.
The Vorkosigan series - points and points for Mark.
Shakespeare - by Shakespeare I mean "Twelfth Night". I love that play. Pref something with Viola.

At least 3 fandoms from the Set List: Sherlock Holmes (book, movie or television, though if movie/TV specify which movie/series so I can find refs), X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Due South, Firefly, Star Trek: Next Generation, Peter Pan, Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series (all categories), Hot Fuzz, Stardust (movie), South Park, Futurama, The Simpsons, Discworld, Peter Pan, Anansi Boys, Anne of Green Gables, Lord of the Rings, Jane Austen Universe (limited to Pride and Prejudice, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion), the Sandman, Shakespeare (limited to Romeo and Juliet, Richard III, The Merchant of Venice, Twelfth Night, Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado About Nothing, Hamlet, Macbeth, The Taming of the Shrew and Othello)
