I only just got to see this, having been sadly bereft of Internet for the last couple of weeks, but what an excellent present to come home to - art AND fic! I love it, anonymous art fairy! Your House, especially, is such a good likeness even though he's stylised; so surly and aggressive. I love the almost sinister shadows, and the colours (all that Princeton Plainsboro green!) and the bolt of lightning in the background. And hee, bickering doctors :D
