Oh, how lovely! It's so peaceful, with such a grand sense of space, and has a childrens-book illustration quality to it as well, perfect for the source canon. :)

Ah, I love this, and not just because it's watercolour (which is totally in line with Ponyo, right?). It actually reminds me a lot of the little drawings and watercolours in the Ghibli museum that's made up like Miyazaki's studio. It's nice how you used symbols in place of the characters. Also, my ticket from the museum had Ponyo in her bucket, so you get unintended-double-sap-love from me.

Ooooh how beautiful! I love that it's referenced from a real village, it just somehow makes your Ponyo version look all the more fantasy/magical. The watercolour washes are so lovely contrasted against the wood walkway!
